Thrifty mum transforms bare front yard into stunning space for summer using entirely bargains from B&M
THE SUNNY weather means many Brits will have been thoroughly enjoying their gardens this weekend.
One mum ensured her front yard was very much a space to relish spending time in using entirely bargains from B&M.
In a post on Facebook group 'B&M Bargains and More', the woman, called Stacey, explained how she had given her outdoor space a makeover on a budget.
Sharing before and after pictures of the transformation, she revealed she had picked up a number of items on a recent trip to the popular chain.
These included paint for £20, artificial grass for a total of £125, flower baskets for £18 and lights for a total of £26.
The creative mum added that she had spent all in all, £216.
The woman noted: "It’s very simple, I don’t want clutter due to three kids, two dogs and it’s our main walkway to and from my house."
Fellow members were very impressed by the makeover – which rendered the space unrecognisable – and left more than 1,800 'likes'.
One person wrote: "Looks amazing."
Another commented: "That's beautiful, well done."

And a fourth added: "Wow what a difference."
It comes after a woman transformed her "tiny garden" on a budget with bargains from B&M, Amazon, eBay, Aldi and The Range.
The DIY fan, called Tara, shared images of what her stylish back yard looked like before – showing an unloved lawn that was otherwise bare.
