Abbie Quinnen, 24, has posted a series of photos on Instagram over the weekend, after her face and hair were engulfed in flames during the filming of a “life hacks” YouTube video that went horribly wrong. The girlfriend of former Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ Pritchard, 26, posted cute snaps of the couple enjoying a family day out in the sunshine at Bocketts Farm Park in Surrey.

Abbie has kept a low profile on social media since January when she ended up in hospital after filming how a glass bottle could be cut in half to be used as a vase.

The trick involved dipping a rope into a flammable chemical, wrapping it around the bottle and lighting a flame.

However, the glass exploded during the dangerous stunt and engulfed Abbie’s upper body in flames, leaving her with third-degree burns.

Yesterday, the 24-year-old spent some time enjoying nature with AJ and young family members as they headed to the farm park where they fed sheep and posed with goats.

Abbie looked the epitome of chic as she covered up in a long sleeve polo neck and a large black hat, while her former Strictly beau appeared stylish in a check shirt and baseball cap.

Alongside the series of photos, Abbie typed: “Cutest day ever. #family #love.”

Underneath fans gushed over the couple, as they were pleased she appeared to be recovering from her accident.

One said: “Love these pics, what a lovely day out.”

Another replied: “Aw love this. What a beautiful pic of you all.”

A third commented: “So glad to see you looking so happy.”

While a fourth shared: “Looks like a lovely day beautiful pictures.”

Until now, the dancer had only shared throwback photos from before the accident and images where her face was concealed.
