Louise Redknapp, 45, includes details about her 19-year marriage to Jamie Redknapp, 47, and their family life in her new book. The pair split up in 2017 and officially divorced in 2018. They share two sons together; Charley, 16, and Beau, 12.
In the book, she admitted she “f**ked things up” with Jamie and has said she regrets not fighting to save their marriage.
She has also recently said she had suicidal thoughts following their public break-up.
Now, an insider has said Jamie and his parents are not happy with some of the details she’s shared.
A source told Heat Magazine: “Jamie’s parents [Harry and Sandra] are pretty shocked that Louise has been airing her dirty laundry in public.
“It’s causing a lot of strain within the family.
“Jamie begged Louise not to go into too much detail about their personal lives, and now his side of the family thinks she’s gone way too far.”
The insider added her ex-husband doesn’t want their marriage to keep being dragged up.
Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Louise, Harry and Jamie for comment.
Jamie is currently in a relationship with Frida Andersson-Lourie, while Louise is single.
She recently told Instagram fans her new book is not a “tell-all” autobiography, but revealed she has shared details about “some good” and “some bad” aspects in her life.
In view of her 716,000 followers, she said she hoped to empower others.
As part of her caption, she wrote: “I really do hope this book will help, empower and bring some sort of light to anybody who has been or is going through something that hasn’t been easy.

“It is very difficult opening up as there is so much judgement, lack of compassion and nasty comments in the world today but the one thing I’ve learnt over the last few years is that kindness really can go a long way!”
Louise went on to thank her fans for their supportive messages.
Jamie released his latest book Me, Family and the Making of a Footballer last year.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, he said he didn’t want to spill on personal details.
Ahead of his book launch, he revealed: “It’s like a trip down memory lane and remembering old stuff, so we thought we’d come down here [Bournemouth].
“Mum [Sandra] and dad [Harry Redknapp] are piecing [content] together, so should be fun.”
He added: “I’ve never wanted to do something about my whole life.
“I just think there’s some stuff you’ve got to leave out.
“I don’t want to tiptoe around people.”
