Talking to Stacey Dooley on the behind the scenes look at some of the most iconic moments from EastEnders and the show's best kept secrets, Maisie said she was looking forward to returning back to filming.
"I can’t wait [to come back to work]. At first I’m not going to lie I was appreciating just relaxing but now I want to get back to work," she said.
Maisie also shared that there were good things to come for her character and onscreen husband Keegan, played by Zack, after they moved in together following their teen marriage.

Asked by presenter Stacey about her time on screen as Tiffany and working alongside Patsy Palmer who played the iconic Bianca, Maisie shared: "We were like a family, we had the best time."
And of learning her lines when she was just six: "I don’t even know I had more talent when I was six years old than I do now!
“I had so much confidence and no inhibitions. I had to take a little bit of inspiration from my old Tiffany sometimes because I forget how much of a sassy little icon she actually was."
Maisie continued: "It was so much fun, growing up on the show. You don’t expect kids to get much, but they gave me such good scenes especially ones with Dottie.
“God I hated her. Such a good dynamic though. I don’t remember everything growing up but I do remember filming that scene and having the best fun," she said of one particular scene where she ended up in a bin.

Of having such a lively character Maisie shared: "I don’t know where that came from, probably from having a ginger mum and a ginger fake mum.
"So I just had so much fire in me. Looking back they really made the most of my character seeing as though I grew up as basically a mini Bianca because I got to do some brilliant storylines with Zack as well."
Teasing what was in store for Tiffany as the soap returns she said that everything was all rosy for her and hubby Keegan: "She is doing a college course on hair and beauty. And I think she is very happy. We are going through a honeymoon phase."
