It’s been a tough year full of uncertainties and ever changing circumstances, but if there’s one thing we have been able to rely on in 2020 it’s been Holly Willoughby and her amazing fashion choices.
While we’ve all been stuck indoors for the best part of the year, we’ve had to take what excitement we can get – whether it’s lusting over outfits on Instagram, or finally binging tv shows we would never normally get round to watch. One thing’s for certain, eyeing up Holly Willoughby’s drool worthy outfits has been a trusty escape for us all.
In celebration of her style icon status we’ve taken a look back at all of Holly’s winning looks to put together our top 10 fashion moments from 2020…
Let’s take it back to the beginning of the year, back when covid was just a mere whisper and we had high hopes for the year ahead.
Holly took to the Dancing on Ice final in this showstopper dress from Lee Grebenau – and she looks phenomenal.
The white dress, featuring crystal beading and a corset bodice, fits the star like a glove showing off her stunning hourglass curves.
Holly returned to our screens on This Morning after the summer break in style, as she opted for this Réalisation Par slip dress layered over a white shirt from & Other Stories, this look is seriously chic.
Finishing off her look with tan knee high boots from Maje Paris, it’s not Holly’s usual style and we love to see her mixing it up a bit! She gave us serious style inspo.
Knitted dresses have been the unsung heroes of our wardrobe during these new working from home times. Comfortable enough to lounge around in but presentable enough to be ready for last minute virtual meetings, they are a style saviour.
So it was no wonder we lost our minds when Holly took to This Morning last month in this white knitted beauty from The Fold.
Finishing with black court heels, this is a classic Holly get up we all know and love.
Next we have Holly in this red shimmery midi dress for her last week presenting This Morning before her Christmas break.
This The Vampire’s Wife dress is rented from Hurr, and it is great to see Holly supporting sustainable fashion by renting instead of buying – plus she looks so good in red.
Roses are red…Holly looks every inch the movie star in this red rose design dress by Coco Fennell.
The TV presenter looks as if she just stepped off a Dolce & Gabbana catwalk in this designer inspired frock – and this dress certainly brightened up our lockdown mornings.
The rainbow became the symbol of hope this year, so we were thrilled to see Holly sport a frilly rainbow cover up by Beach Flamingo back in August.
The star usually opts for more subtle trend pieces, so we thought she absolutely rocked this fun look.
Holly has a few firm favourite brands she loves to go back to for every day styles, one of which being Ghost, as she is often seen on This Morning in their silk frocks.
This blue dress with gem buttons and an oversized collar looks unreal on the star, and it flew off the shelves in a mere few hours after Holly was seen wearing it – there’s nothing like the Holly effect.
There’s nothing we love more than a festive sequin, and Holly wowed us this Christmas season in this sensational sparkly number by Needle and Thread.
This silver and black sequin midi dress, with a pink floral pattern and cape sleeves shot up to number one on our wish list – just need to find an occasion to wear it!
Awards Ceremonies in 2020 aren’t the same as we are used to, but there’s still been some amazing red carpet looks this year.
Holly looked out of this world in a black backless gown by Safiyaa, with a bow detail at the neck and stunning silhouette, Holly never fails to exceed our expectations.
Now we love a sequin and we love a feather, so you can imagine our reaction when we saw Holly rock this red sequined feather mini number – we were thrilled!
The presenter showed off her best festive style in this amazing red frock from 16Arlington – this might just be our favourite frock she’s worn this year.
