Love Island’s Maura Higgins confirms Chris Taylor romance with adorable snap
Love Island babe Maura Huggins has confirmed she is dating fellow islander Christopher Taylor.
After previously denying they were more than friends Maura took to Instagram on Tuesday evening to uploading an cute snap of herself and her man.
Wrapping their arms around each other, the couple leaned in for a kiss while on a winter break to Dubai.
Marking her territory, Maura captioned the post: "He's mine," before adding a red heart emoji.
Maura's post was quickly flooded with messages of congratulations from exited fans and friends.
Love Island winner Greg O'Shea wrote: "This is what 2020 needed."
Laura Anderson replied: "Why am I crying #Bestnewsever."
Meanwhile, The GC herself Gemma Collins commented: "I'’m so happy for you."
Posting the same snap on his own Instagram page, Chris added: "Turns out I fell in love with my best mate @maurahiggins."
Like Maura's Chris' post was immediately awash with replies from his Love Island co-stars.
Danny Williams said: "Feel like a proud dad who’s just watched his lad score a screamer for his footy team. Get in there son."
"Awww you guys it’s hard keeping secrets," Michael Griffiths continued.
Earlier this month Maura denied her and Chris were romantically linked.
During an impromptu Q&A session on social media, fans asked the Dancing On Ice babe about Chris after seeing snaps of them hanging out together.
Maura said: "This was the first question that came in and I'm not even a bit surprised.

"No, we're not dating. We are the best of friends. We just get on really well.
"We got on really well in villa, but not a lot of that was shown."
During her time in the Love Island villa in 2019, Maura coupled up with Curtis Pritchard.
After splitting with Amy Hart following a rocky time at Casa Amore, Curtis was a single man and Maura quickly made her move.
However, wasn't mean to be and they split in Spring this year.
