Here, SunSport looks at her guaranteed ride for the Grand National at Aintree.
Blackmore is going to ride Minella Times in the Grand National.
Already the horse has been the subject of a surge of market support after punters sussed out that was her most likely ride.
The horse, trained by Henry de Bromhead, is currently 9-1 before the off.
Blackmore, who is bidding to become the first woman jockey to win the Grand National, teamed up with De Bromhead to great effect at Cheltenham.
There, Blackmore became the first woman to be crowned top jockey for the week.
She hasn't quite hit the same heights at Aintree this week.
But bookies are fearing a £15million payout should she land the biggest race of all.
Blackmore is one of three female jockeys in the race, which starts at 5.15pm.
Bryony Frost is one of the others. She will ride the Paul Nicholls-trained Yala Enki.
While Tabitha Worsley gets the mount of Sub Lieutenant, a horse trained by her mum.
