Dele Alli’s ex fined and given six penalty points for filming while driving
FOOTBALLER Dele Alli’s ex has been fined and given six penalty points for filming while driving.
Lingerie model Ruby Mae, 24, was contacted by police after The Sun on Sunday had revealed a video of the incident.
She had posted on Instagram footage showing her overtaking two men in a pick-up truck on the M1 in Bedfordshire three months ago.
The brunette captioned the clip: “How boys try to pull these days.”
Ruby, who split from Spurs midfielder Dele, 25, in February after blazing rows, also posted a screengrab of a text from one of the blokes.
It read: “You might just be the best thing I’ve ever seen. Best thing ever to happen to the M1 x.”
Ruby, who does not use her family name Barnacle, accepted the fixed penalty notice and has already paid the £200 fine.
Bedfordshire Police have confirmed that her licence “will be endorsed with six points”.
Ruby, who has modelled for Dolce & Gabbana, and Dele are said to be over for good following the second split in their five-year romance.
The couple were targeted in a burglary last year at their Hertfordshire home, with crooks attacking Dele and stealing luxury watches worth £350,000.
He was photographed this month snogging Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola’s daughter Maria.
Dele, who has been capped 37 times by England, saw his career falter under previous Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho and struggled to make the side this season.
But he does seem to be back in favour, having started the last four game under interim manager Ryan Mason.
