Teen Mom’s Bar Smith revealed on Instagram that he passed his General Education Development test, writing alongside a smiley face emoji: "I got my GED."

"If you know me you know how important this is to me, you know how I struggle day to day with mental shit and life, you know the change I’ve been making!!!" he continued.

"If you don’t have yours GET IT it’s not as hard as it seems or as hard as I made it seem since it took me so long! Good luck."

He also took to Instagram Stories, where he told fans that his next step was college, adding: "I've been wanting to go to college since elementary school."

But he also revealed that he hadn't studied as much as he should have, sharing: "You should study but I haven't honestly, I was pretty accurate in my practice tests."

Are Bar Smith and Ashley Jones married?

In April 2021, Jones shared a preview clip of Teen Mom of Smith proposing to her.

She hinted at marrying Smith by captioning an Instagram photo: “He know his wife a winner 😙” to which sent fans into a frenzy in the comments.

Fans sent her supportive remarks, and several seemed to confirm that the couple had already tied the knot.

The pair have had a tumultuous relationship, and during their early years on MTV's Young & Pregnant, she accused him of domestic abuse.
