The 33-year-old pop star splashed the cash on the sprawling 2,961 sq ft mansion three years ago.

The Brightest Blue singer spent most of the year living with her husband, Caspar Jopling in a cottage in Oxford, so it looks like it's the perfect time to flog her London pad.

However, the real cash comes from her company Paper Planes Promotions, which drew in £4,116,686 – a £113,846 increase from its 2019 net worth.

The business is set up as "media representation services", meaning Ellie is cashing in on social media advertisements as her main source of income.

Elsewhere, she's also got a bricks and mortar business in Miss EG Properties.

Incorporated in 2017, the companies holds £3,439,532 in investment property as of December 31, 2019.

This means the total amount coming from her three firms adds up to a huge £9.2million.

The Love Me Like You Do singer has ploughed £3.4million into homes and includes a £1.3million mansion in Worcestershire.
