Kate Lawler shows off slim post-baby body in sports bra two months after giving birth as she returns to gym
KATE Lawler hit the gym for the first time since giving birth to baby Noa two months ago – and she loved it.
The Virgin Radio host, 40, looked fighting fit in a grey sports bra and matching leggings as she worked out on a pilates reformer machine.
Holding two light blue dumbbells, Kate carefully kept her balance as she did some shallow squats.
She shared videos of her efforts on Instagram backed by Rocky theme tune Eye of the Tiger, and wrote: "First time doing it and I loved it.
"I've still not showered though."
Explaining that it'll take time to return to the standard she was at pre-baby, she added: "I'll squat properly eventually but this was enough for today."
Kate recently revealed she got pregnant on the first attempt.
The new mum said she was "lucky" to have fallen pregnant so quickly when asked about her journey to motherhood by a fan during an Instagram Q&A.
She wrote: "Luckily we tried one weekend when I knew I was ovulating and it happened for us. I thought it would take longer TBF."
Kate, who won Big Brother in 2002, was later asked if she planned on having any more children.
The presenter hilariously responded by sharing a photo of the Von Trapp family from A Sound of Music and wrote: "Yes my plan is for us to be just like this."
Kate has been honest and open about her struggles with the lack of sleep she's been having since becoming a mum.
The Big Brother winner has been up in the early hours of the morning feeding her daughter.
She previously uploaded a selfie of her and Noa in bed and used an emoji to pretend that her other half was there with them.
Kate captioned the post: "The handsome is in the spare room tonight but it's fine, I'm pretending he's beside me."
The reality star revealed hat she's hired a £140-a-day nanny to help with her newborn's sleepless nights.
The star admitted that "sleep deprivation is torture" as she continued to battle through her night feeds.
Kate welcomed her daughter into the world on February 12 after suffering a "complication" in labour.
