Film director Rob Reiner brands GOP an ‘accomplice to MURDER’ for 'letting people die while Trump chases delusions'

FILM director Rob Reiner called the Republican Party an “accomplice to murder” for “letting people die while Donald Trump chases delusions.”

In a bizarre series of tweets, Reiner blasted the GOP and President Trump, saying the party “is out of its collective f***ing mind.”

On Monday, Reiner started by taking shots at Trump saying: “Every day that this sick man chases his delusions, people die.

"Pure and simple he is committing negligent homicide,” the filmmaker wrote.

He followed that tweet up by criticizing the GOP, “The Republican Party is out of its collective f***ing mind. And an accomplice to murder.”

Reiner continued his rant on Tuesday and attacked North Carolina Republican Senator Lindsay Graham.

“The only fraud in this election was committed by Lindsay Graham,” he tweeted.

Reiner’s comments about Graham come after Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told CNN that the North Carolina Senator implied he should try to “throw away ballots.”

“He asked if the ballots could be matched back to voters. And then he, I got the sense it implied that then you could throw those out for any, if you look at the counties with the highest frequent error of signature,” Raffensperger said.

“So that’s the impression that I got. It was just an implication of, ‘Look hard and see how many ballots you could throw out.”

The left-wing filmmaker Reiner is an avid Joe Biden supporter who served as a key Hollywood fundraiser for the Democratic presidential candidate.

A Hollywood fundraiser in May co-hosted by Reiner raised $700,000 for the Biden ticket, according to CNBC.

However, this wasn’t the first time Reiner accused Trump of “negligent homicide” and also equated his presidency with “death”

Back in June, he wrote on Twitter “A vote for Trump is a vote for Death.”

He followed up that tweet the day after by saying the president was mentally ill, “Donald Trump is a narcissistic sociopath who is committing negligent homicide,” Reiner wrote the day after.

Reiner blasted Trump again on June 26, when he said the president was using his reelection platform to “Kill as many Americans as possible.”

Reiner wrote on Twitter, “Trump’s 2020 reelection platform: Kill as many Americans as possible.”
