I'm the 'world's laziest' bodybuilder – I lost 4 and a half stone but still eat chocolate every day | The Sun
A 'LAZY' bodybuilder reveals how she lost over four stone but still eats chocolate every day – and how you can too.
The World Figure Champion revealed her seven rule guide to weight loss success – which even includes eating chocolate.
Lindy Olsen became Australia's first five-time winner of the prestigious event after shredding four-and-a-half stone.
The 39-year-old from the Gold Coast, Queensland, claims her guide can work to anyone's schedule after hailing herself as "the world's laziest bodybuilder".
"I didn't want to go on a diet but I needed a set of rules to stick with," she told Daily Mail Australia.
This led the fitness model and mom-of-one to create a relaxed seven-step guide to weight loss success that she now swears by.
The flexible guide allows you to eat five to six meals a day and give into anything you crave in moderation.
"Use it however it works for you," she said.
"If five to six similar sized meals a day doesn't work, have three square meals and two snacks… Just keep everything regular, everyday".
Step one of the seven rule guide is to add protein to every meal – and she even lists kangaroo meat and egg whites as a lean source.

The second step is to eat five-to-six meals every day which according to the fitness guru, keeps your metabolism on fire.
Thirdly, she urges readers to eat their five-a-day, and then encourages strict meal plans.
The fifth step is to avoid foods that are high in sugar and at six she tells readers to drink at least 500ml of water a day.
The final part of the simple-to-follow guide involves being active for at least 30 minutes per day – and there's no excuse to get out of it, she said.
"I just want women to feel wonderful and fabulous even when they are under the pump".
Lindy created the seven steps to success in a way that aimed to include every individual's different schedules and lifestyle habits so more people could comfortably participate.
"There is nothing on the seven rules that you cannot eat," she reassured.
"I eat chocolate at least twice a day because I've built up my metabolism so that I can do that".
The bodybuilder even revealed how she hates running as it "just doesn't work" for her.
But she changed her eating habits when she began training and quickly climbed the ranks within the world of female bodybuilding.
"I trained four days a week and lost 20 kilograms, my husband was so shocked he asked me what the hell I did!," she said.
