Police say the slaying happened inside an assisted living senior center on Sutter Avenue in Brownsville around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
When cops arrived, they found 62-year-old Angel Medina with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
EMS could not save the man and he died in the Langston Hughes Senior Center, cops said.
On Wednesday afternoon, charged the 39-year-old accused triggerman, Gregory Spears, with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
